Why a house show?

House shows are how I first got started performing, and they are still one of my favorite ways to share music. There's something special about gathering people together in an intimate space and experiencing live music up close. As someone who's both played and hosted house shows, they're rewarding on both sides. Nothing better than creating an unforgettable night filled with music, stories, laughter, and connection in a space that feels like home.

How does it work?

Tell me a little about your space, where you're located, how many people you'd like to have, and your budget. This is just an inquiry—no commitment required.

2. Let's CONNECT

Once you submit, I'll reach out to learn more, answer any questions, & see if we can make it happen!

3. Set the date

Once we sort out all the details, we'll lock in the date and you'll receive a host playbook with everything you need to host the perfect house show.

Don't let budget stop you from applying. Hosts often get creative by inviting guests to contribute, selling tickets, finding a local sponsor, or co-hosting with friends.

Don't let the word "house" stop you— coffee shops, breweries, local businesses, community spaces, and other unique venues are welcome too!

What to expect

  • The Show: 90 minutes of music and storytelling

  • The Crowd: 15 - 100+ guests:  There's no minimum or maximum requirement.

  • Your Part: You provide the space & invite your people, I'll handle the rest

  • Budget: Every show is unique. Share your budget, and we'll explore options that work for everyone. Hosts often offset costs through ticket sales, donations, sponsors, or by sharing the experience with friends and neighbors.

  • The Fun Part: an incredible night of music and conversation.  

  • Extras: Signed merchandise and other goodies will be available for purchase after the show.

Can it be outdoors?
Absolutely.

How many people should I invite?

House shows can range from 15 - 100 guests.  It's whatever is most comfortable for you and your space.

Do I have to host it in my house?
No! Backyards, barns, breweries, wineries, community spaces, and other unique venues can work too.

How much does it cost?
Every event is different.  Share your budget, and we'll see what's possible!

Do I need any sound equipment?

Nope! I'll handle the equipment. 

What if I've never hosted anything before?

That's okay! We'll guide you through the process.
